CABLING TECHNICIAN
Wave
Communications, Inc., a 20-year established Voice & Data cabling contractor is looking for qualified individuals possessing a minimum of 3 years of
training and experience in telephony, to fill an immediate FULL-TIME position as a Lead Technician. Candidate must be skillful in the installation, maintenance, and trouble
shooting of voice and data cabling. Candidate should possess a strong background in dealing with dial tone
and dial tone troubleshooting, as well as general knowledge of the technology and applications involved in the Voice &
Data cabling industry.
In addition, Applicants should be:
-Self directed,
highly motivated and professional with good communication skills both written and oral
-Qualified but not limited
to installation/termination of CAT3, CAT5E, CAT6, and fiber optic cable, cross connecting phone systems, installing patch
panels, and paging systems
-Applicants
must have reliable vehicle that can carry a 6 ft ladder, should be in good health and physically fit
